For our Middle School students, we offer Beginning and Advanced level voice classes as well as a Girls Choir and Boys Choir. High School offers a Beginning level class, an Advanced Concert Choir, and Musical Theatre classes. Our foundation is in classical music and vocal technique, although students will explore other genres of music as well. In addition to singing literature, all students learn proper vocal technique, solfege, sight-singing, and music theory. All voice classes focus on the individual singer as well as the ensemble, so students will need to prepare solos in addition to choral literature. Most voice classes are performing classes, and Musical Theatre classes must be taken in conjunction with another voice class.
